Project Summary
After the Pogust Goodhead website redesign, we identified the need for a cohesive brand identity across all platforms. To address this, we developed a Brandbook and Content Toolkit, ensuring consistent brand representation for both internal teams and external partners.
Using the same design thinking process from the website project, we created guidelines covering visual identity, tone of voice, and messaging. The Brandbook defines logo usage, typography, and color schemes, while the Content Toolkit provides practical guidance for consistent content creation across digital, print, and client communications.
Problem Statement
Following the redesign of the Pogust Goodhead website, the company faces a challenge in maintaining brand consistency across all touchpoints.
While the website provides a refreshed visual identity, there is no comprehensive set of guidelines to ensure that all stakeholders—both internal and external—can accurately represent the brand in their communications.
Without a centralized resource, such as a Brandbook and Content Toolkit, the risk of misalignment grows, leading to potential confusion in messaging and a diluted brand presence across various channels, including marketing materials, client communications, and digital platforms.
Objective
To create a unified brand identity for Pogust Goodhead across all platforms and communications. This will be achieved by developing a comprehensive Brandbook and Content Toolkit, which will serve as essential resources for both internal teams and external partners.
The Brandbook will provide clear guidelines on logo usage, typography, color schemes, and other visual elements, while the Content Toolkit will offer practical instructions for crafting consistent messaging and content. Together, these resources will enable stakeholders to effectively communicate the brand’s values, tone of voice, and key messaging across all channels, including digital, print, and client communications.
